This morning I experienced my first “Scratch & Dent” sale at REI in Atlanta & I have never been so excited about outdoorsy purchases before. I literally saved HUNDREDS. I had to wake up & be in line in the cold at 730 this morning, but I hit the jackpot compared to most. Although the pack is brand new, it was about $50 less than the marked down one that was way too big. I’d better get used to this look, though. It’s what I’ll be sporting the whole time I’m in Europe come July. I can’t wait.
